As founder and CEO, Nisan oversees all non-technical functions at Sociable Labs, including product management, sales and finance. Prior to co-founding Sociable Labs, Nisan worked in venture capital at Sierra Ventures focusing on Internet investments. In all, Nisan brings over 10 years of technology expertise as a VC, management consultant and product manager. Nisan graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley. In his spare time, Nisan is a basketball player and an avid horse racing fan, having been to the Kentucky Derby each of the last 11 years.
As Vice President of Engineering, Arthur is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of Sociable Labs' engineering projects. He is an experienced software engineer/architect/manager with more than 15 years of professional experience building large-scale commercial software products for various industries including telecom, media, social networks, marketing, and advertising. Prior to joining Sociable Labs, Arthur was a co-founder and VP of Engineering of a SMB marketing/social recommendation startup - Bizzy (funded by ReachLocal Inc.). His work experience also includes engineering management roles at IGN, Bebo, and Amdocs as well as senior technical roles at Objectivity and Tibco. Arthur loves skiing and wearing cat t-shirts.
Sri oversees business development and sales at Sociable Labs. Sri brings 10 years of experience as a VC, investment banker and entrepreneur. Prior to joining the founding team of Sociable Labs, Sri worked in the venture capital industry with TeleSoft Partners, focusing on SaaS and India investments. Before that, Sri worked for Lehman Brothers and KeyBanc Capital Markets covering enterprise software and semiconductor companies. Sri graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Case Western Reserve University. In his spare time, Sri enjoys playing and watching multiple sports including basketball, football, tennis and golf.
As Vice President of Customer Success, Eunice Yu is responsible for ensuring the success of our customers with Sociable Labs' solutions. She manages the customer account management and technical integration teams to that goal. She is a seasoned program and project management professional with 12+ years managing and deploying multi-million dollar enterprise software engagements both on premise and hosted solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. Before joining the Sociable Labs team, she had been working as a delivery lead working in the telecom, retail, healthcare, and insurance industries deploying sales and service performance management analytics solutions at NICE Systems, Inc. Her prior work experience also includes researching innovative solutions for clients with Accenture Technology Labs. She has an engineering degree from Northwestern University. In her spare time, Eunice likes to travel, rock climb, box and run with her 4 year old Beagle. She also loves to eat and explore all the restaurants San Francisco has to offer.
As Director of Product Engineering, John both leads the design and execution of the Sociable Labs application suite, and drives the overall product vision with a combination of experience, experimentation, and analysis. John graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a BS in Computer Engineering, during which time held an internship with NASA's ISS EarthKam project, delivering satellite images from the International Space Station to classrooms all over the US. John got his professional start at Science Applications International Corporation, where he developed software in areas ranging from counterterrorism to immunological research. Before joining Sociable Labs, John spent 3 years at Ning as a senior developer and manager. John played a key leadership role in many of Ning's major product initiatives, such as the iPhone application, activity feed redesign, and most notably the Ning Design Studio for which he was the Javascript architect. Additionally, John managed the Premium Services and Virtual Gifts team through Ning's transition from a free to paid service and delivered a talk on the merits of Premium vs Freemium business models at the 2011 Future Of Web Apps conference. John is a passionate Oakland A's fan and Star Wars buff.
